The owner is very detail-oriented at first but was tired at the end. He did not know how to finish the project. It just took too long to complete. There was some loose end but we just paid and let him go. Be careful with his proposal. He got me at the end with a small job.

French drain installation project to remove puddling in our backyard.. The project had some delays, due to the company handling multiple projects at the same time. However, the drainage system seems to be working well, so overall we are very happy with the service.

Originally told it would be a 4 hour to half a day job. Ended up taking 2 full days off and on and he keep leaving my property to pickup checks on the north side of town plus a couple of other trips away from the property. He was a one person crew.

Sod Installation
Eden installed sod in the backyard of my new built home. The yard was basically sand/dirt and uneven will large gaps around the edges below the fence line. They added topsoil, filled in the gaps and installed the sod at a great price. The entire team was very professional an friendly. I would definitely recommend and hire again!

Second time I used this company for mulch installation. The price I paid seemed quite reasonable which is why I used him twice. He charged me an all inclusive price per yard of mulch so it was easy to compare. The owner did all the work himself which surprised me given the amount of mulch installed. Can only comment on simple projects like this. Communication was good.
