Great Customer Service

Chris Edenfield took payment of $850 for materials he never delivered. He cashed our check, made a series of excuses time after time about why the materials had not been delivered, and after approximately 6 weeks refused to return payment OR make good on the work. It has been several weeks since he stopped taking our calls. He clearly has no intention of returning the money he stole.

They were on time and very professional.

Communication was really good. Company was always punctual. Work was not rushed and was well done. The estimate was significantly lower than others. Only disappointment was that a large hedge was not pruned as aggressively as we had agreed to. I should have insisted they prune as we spoke about originally, but I did not. Will hire again.

The job was completed, however, the worker only worked about four hours a day. Making a three to four-day job takes three months to complete. The Job started on October 19th and was not completed until December 14, 2022. The owner pitched a four to five-man crew for the project but once the job started only one person showed up for the duration of the job. One single worker completed the entire installation Even though there were some delays due to materials, most delays were due to little or no oversight causing the materials to constantly run out and increasing the delays even more. The job was completed on 14 Dec 2022 and the owner still has not provided final receipts for materials as promised, some 10 days later. 24 Dec 2022

Efficient work with minimal manpower, cleaned up well and professional attitude towards business. Has flexible options for other home cleaning/improvement service. Will most likely do business again with them.
