Poor customer satisfaction. Have been trying to get in contact with. They have yet to return my calls. Was told that they would. Still nothing. They did a good job replacing compressor, but after being paid, everything went south. I trusted them. I will not stop trying to make them do what is right.

I think I paid too much. I did appreciate the conversation about keeping unit off till I could add more Freon and perhaps some stop leak. I believe I will have a friend help me with that who is licensed HVAC professional..... I just hate calling on him too much so I contacted Home Advisor and had Edens HVAC come out. $700 plus to replace a blower motor may seem a little much to me. To be fair they did try to see if it was something else cheaper like a capacitor.... no such luck.

They came very quickly at the end of the day, which was very convenient for me, and were able to get my unit working again with good value for the repair. They also spent some time checking the other components of my system and floated some advice and some recommendations for improvement, yes it's a sales tactic but they were not being "salesmen" about it. I knew I needed improvement and they were very good about answering questions.

Edens air is a great company. The tech that came out was very professional and showed me tips on keeping my AC clean and running smooth. He was very professional and didn’t seem in a rush to get away on to the next job. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. Signed up for the annual maintenance so I’ll definitely be seeing them again.
