Originally hoped to repair a set of exterior stairs, add a rail to a second stair set, and re-deck a raised deck/platform. Extensive wood rot required rebuilding the stairs and substantially rebuilding the deck. A new set of stairs was also built to m a ke the raised deck accessible/usable. While the expanded project exceeded the initial estimate, the work was needed. All work was performed to high quality standards, and completed as promptly as possible, given weather delays. Contravtor communication was good, and he kept the works items clean as nd organized throughout.

The work done was of excellent quality. The rebuilt side steps are rock-solid, extremely strong, and should be very durable. The handrail added to the front steps is very strong and far more attractive than the simple handymain step rails seen often in Bangor. The initial estimate proved to be too optimistic, as the raised platform outside our exterior door had very few components that could be re-used, requiring more labor and materials. Work completion was delayed by a couple of rainy days, but the contractor was diligent in communicating, and finished the work promptly once the weather cleared. He was scrupulous about leaving the worksite clean, and left all leftover lumber, per my request. While the price exceeded the initial estimate, I felt it was fair for the work required, and significantly less than an estimate provided by another firm.

I hired him to do 14 doors to be used outside to be made into a fence. He transported doors to his home si he said he could work on them in his spare time.Kept asking for cash, I paid for all the used doors, bought all the supplies, and then he started billing me for labor of $1,800 when he had only got supplies 2 days before. I asked for an itemized bill of days and hours worked and he didn't give me one. He is keeping all my doors and taking supplies back and keeping money when I paid for everything, but refused to give him the cash for labor as know he didn't earn it.

Very great job and very nice!! Fixed toliet, and installed new faucets. He also adjusted the hot water heater thermostat

Mr Edes did a couple odd jobs, he was very professional, reasonable priced for the jobs he did. His attention to detail is unreal. I highly recommend him. He painted my kitchen, and cleaned up and put back everything. Outside he tore down an old deck and built me a new set of stairs. Not even a nail left behind.

Mije works very hard and with a highly professional level of precision. When he does something he puts in 110% quality of work in home repairs. Definitely skilled in multiple areas of trades👍

Hired a new laminate floor put down in second bedroom. Had him paint kitchen walls and wood work, lot of patching done to walls before he could paint them, also had laundry room painted. Had him install new butcher block counter top in kitchen.
