Ed and Jim were great. They showed up at the site on time and started to work immediately. The project (level and pour a 5" concrete garage floor with smooth finish) was finished that same day. Ed and his crew did a nice job on our project. He was reasonable and kept us informed what they would be working on each day. If we had any questions, he was always available. The quality of work, attention to detail, and cleanup where top notch. Would recommend to others, and would use again for future projects. My wife and I are very satisfied.

On the positive side, nice price. They installed a cement slab and DGB driveway. The cement slab sags and collects water. The driveway is uneven and the stones/material are loose. They tore up my lawn and left it like that saying they don't do landscaping and that their contracts state this. However, I was never given a contract for the driveway, even after requesting one several times. Any contractors I've ever hired have cleaned up after themselves. They said they would fix the lawn and tamp down the DGB, but they never came back. Very unprofessional. Regarding my review of L & S Masonry. I gave them a bad review and he tried to get it removed. I provided evidence to Home Advisor that I was telling the truth. Now he is lying again. He posted a reply to my review saying that I got upset because. ""After informing them that I would be happy to do the extras, there would be a charge, the customer became irate, hence this review."" I did NOT get upset at the extra expense involved for the extra work. That is an out and out lie! I expected to have to pay extra. I even sent him an email asking what the extra amount would be (see enclosed copy of email), which he never responded to. And regarding my hiring him for another job after he put in the cement section, the cement did not show it’s problem until well after the installation, when rain collected in an uneven section. What about Ed’s other lies – that they would come back and fix my lawn that they gouged, that they would come back and tamp down the loose areas of the stones?

L&S responded quickly to my initial inquiry. Ed and his associate completed the work in a timely fashion. The work was high quality and completed on time and on budget. L&S pricing was very competitive. At this time I am still waiting on some small detail work to be completed. I'm sure it will be completed shortly and to my satisfaction.

Estimate was what I paid. The work was done to my satisfaction. L&S came when they said they would and worked very efficiently. I was given information on how the job was going to be completed. I am very satisfied.

The work by Ed and his associate was excellent . Job was done early and efficiently. His price was very reasonable.I recommend Ed and his company to anyone who needs masonry work.

I found this individual to be friendly however I had to keep calling to see when he was going to start. The date he have me to start and the actual date was not consistent. Took too long to finish the job as I had to keep calling to see when would return. The end product was not what I expected. We are very disappointed with the concrete work. It will have to be redone this year

Ed is great. Very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Did a wonderful job.

I actuall did not have the work done yet due to health issues. I assured L&S that I would have it done sometimes in the spring. Thing got hectic at the end of summer we needed other things & problems to solve. But I definately will have this done ear;y sprin g or whenever the copntractor can do the work.

Mr. schloop & Son came to look at what needs to be done. Price very reasonable. He was very specific. & apologized for not getting here sooner. gave me a time frame & will start when I'm ready. thank you.

Service was forthcoming, patio pitches in 2 different directions relief cuts are freehand cut (crooked) cracking at ends of relief cuts. Contractor is not being cooperative.I'd bo more than happy to show pictures just E-MAIL ME or PM me cost me 1500.00 NOT WORTH IT

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT, THERE WAS A DELAY ,BUT IT WAS CAUSED BY THE CONCRETE COMPANY. ED AND HIS CREW HANDLED THE DELAY VERY WELL . IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH A GOOD PRODUCT AND A GOOD PRICE. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE .

Everyone was extremely nice to deal with and they certainly knew their business. I still have to work with them on the other half of the job. I'm looking forward to it/
