The handyman was about half an hour late but at exactly 3 pm the appointment time I got a call saying he was running late and told me when I could expect his arrival. Which was twenty minutes later. I was very pleased. I thought that was a very professional way to handle a schedule conflict. The pro was a very pleasant and friendly service person. I was pleased with project results.
