The service people who come out to the home are great, but I literally can not tell a difference at all with the actual services apart from the very specific things (like removing a wasp nest, etc.) Since it is winter, I called to cancel, thinking I would just use them when necessary, and I was told I could not. I said I always specifically ask, of any service, if I can cancel at any time and I was told I could. They pulled the calls and verified that I, indeed, did ask if I could cancel and was told that I could and was not told that I would have to pay half of the remaining services of a 9-service contract. Each service is roughly $125, so that is a lot for them to NOT perform services... I explained that I did not agree to that and that I specifically asked if I could cancel at any time, but alas they told me the best they could do is let me pay $150+ to end my contract, or I can continue to have the service (that is completely unnecessary right now). So I guess I am going to be stuck in this contract for the foreseeable future. To be clear - there is no reason a pest control company can not let someone out of a contract, If you can survive as a company without tricking people into lengthy contracts they can not get out of, you probably need to revisit your strategy. Again, the people seem nice, but when the people are forced to say things like the best I can offer you is for you to pay money for us to stop charging you money it is not a good situation. I completely recognize this is a problem with policy and not people, but when you do not empower your customer service staff to serve customers in their best interests, it is still not good customer service. This company prioritizes profits over people and products.

I am moving so I canceled my service. They would not give me a refund because I canceled a month early. A few days after canceling I found many wasps getting into my house due to the weather. I called them and they said I would have to pay them $73 to have them sprayed! I am a customer of 10 yrs. I am extremely mad with their customer service!!

STAY AWAY!!! Do not agree to a contract with these people! This company has no heart. If you are going through a tough time and need to cancel, they do not care. They want their money, regardless of anything. They did not preorder supplies for the service, so your cancellation costs them nothing, but they will charge you regardless. And they use collection agency tactics and threats to do so. STAY AWAY!!!

When a mouse scampers across the room, who did I call? Well, first I screamed and my husband came running into the bedroom. Next, I called Edge - The Service Company. They’ve been taking care of pest control at our home for 2 years and they are THE BEST! An hour after I called, Dan Bockelman, an inspector with Edge, called to say he was on his way over to our home. He thoroughly searched the home for evidence of uninvited rhodents, even going into our attic. That’s where he found evidence of mice, including 6 nests - UGH! Today Dan and his crew finished a complete exchange of our insulation, replacing what we had with something that repels mice and contains an ingredient that will kill them. They also set traps and will check them to see if any mice are still here. They were prompt, professional, thorough, and they cleaned up after themselves. Thank you, Dan, and Edge! These folks charged waaaaay too much and we saw zero decrease in pests. When I called to cancel my services, they argued with me and told me that i was compelled to keep paying per our agreement, despite the fact that their services resulted in no decrease in pests.

They are wonderful to work with. They explain everything very well. And the work they do, really helps a lot! Very nice people to work with!

They started treatments right away and came quickly if I needed a retreatment in between treatments. Mosquitoes, Mud Dauber Wasps and all other insects are gone.

As always, James, was prompt and polite and did a great job. Last year we used Edge for Mrsquite control as we live with a pond behind us. Never saw a mosquito.

I had tried several over-the-counter treatments to handle my vole problem. They investigated & handled them on the first try! I also had them treat for bugs inside & out; I really didn't have to much of a problem with bugs, but I bet that I never will!!! GREAT JOB: fast, knowledgeable, friendly, & pet safe.
