Salesman lied about the price. When I called to complain the person on the phone just kept throwing numbers at me in rapid succession and saying she could not refund money. Then she said she would take 1payment off but extend my contract by 1 month. What? Finally agreed to shorten the contract by 1 year, but never sent me the renegotiated contract. I feel this company and home advisor were both very misleading.

The technicians are very young and inexperienced. They did not understand how to even use their equipment properly. Plus they treated my space for the wrong type of pest invasion I had asked for! But the worst of all was dealing with customer service. I requested a refund because Of the four. applications that I was given not one was effective and part of them were not even applied knowledgeably. Customer Service refused even a partial refund even after they agreed that their technicians did not know have a lot of experience or knowledge.

They never bring ladders even though I ask them to check my attic whenever they come. They are always apologetic about it, saying they will bring it next time but they forget. Then they tell me I can always reschedule another visit for this. Wish they would just do it each time. They know where the traps are anyway.

I looked up reviews and hired them .. they were prompt and the technicians came and installed the mole baits in our backyard. The baits didn t work at all and didn t solve our problem. We felt that it after the first few appointments they lost interest and wouldn t even bother when we pointed out new mole colonies. When we called up customer service and asked that we would like to cancel our service since there we were seeing zero improvement in our pest problem, we got a response of that s not how it works and you will be charged no matter how bad our service is. We understand that we can t get a 100% solution, but how you treat your customers reflects the core values of your business. We would have appreciated a simple we re sorry it isn't working, what can we do to make it better? But we were made to feel like it was all our fault.. We re still stuck with one more service since their cancellation fee is unbelievable. We re hoping there is no loophole after that where we have to go through legal action in order to end the contract.

I hired them because they were the only company that seemed to understand how to deal with mites. Most companies either will not deal with mites or recommend crazy solutions - one company recommended a whole house heating without a warranty for $5000. Within hours of the Edge techs leaving our house we noticed a difference (as promised) and after a week we felt hopeful of getting our lives back. These guys are wonderful. I thought the pricing was reasonable. They did ask for a full year contract but my understanding is that it is so hard to know if mites are gone that to warranty their work they need that time to make sure. I'm all for that!!! Yes I would hire again and yes I would recommend to anyone.
