Edge staff were very professional and always contacted me a few days before arrival. They were flexible in the type of treatment I wanted (snap traps only, no poison) and made one trip sooner than scheduled because of concerns about continued rat presence. I rated them low value for the money only because they required a two-year contract. I am paying a lot for what was likely a one-time event from a single rat nest. I hired a carpenter to block the access route and do not expect additional problems within the two year contract period.

Edge is very professional and always calls before they come over to let us know when they will be over. If we have concerns or questions they always have an answer. They will also come in between scheduled service appointments if needed. They are the best!

So, at this point I am very underwhelmed with Edge. First, they show up and forced me to sign documents before I could even discuss what the job was. I hired them for rodent control. They set up a small handful of mouse traps that I could have done myself. Had I done it myself, I would have done a lot more traps. Rodents are still on the loose. None have been caught. Hopefully this was just a bad first impression, as I'm locked into their service for the year. Right now, I'm very disappointed.
