technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. I started the service for a black ant issue but recently discovered a rodent had taken up residence. They came out the day after I reported it and hopefully my unwanted visitor has moved on to higher ground if you know what I mean.

These guys are prompt and effective. Easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We would strongly recommend not utilizing Edge Pest Control. We have experienced much frustration with Edge over the past several months, and today was no different. We do not feel the services promised during the sales process match the actual services performed.

Over all we had a great experience with Edge. Every time they came out all the guys doing the service were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Thatâ s what I appreciated the most. I did feel that there were some fees that were not talked about upfront that we were surprised with. We were told we have current rodent activity after the first visit from droppings that were seen. Itâ s been over a month and none of the traps have caught anything. Itâ s hard to know how effective the service has been since we havenâ t seen or caught anything.

I have been using this company for a couple of years and they are great. I had a horrific invasion of mice and was ready to lose my mind or sell the house. The technicians were great and I learned so much about mice.

They have been great. They are extremely courteous and professional. We have two large dogs and the crew is super good with them. They give plenty of notice about upcoming visits. Plus they call the day of to give an ETA and ask if there are any special instructions. Today I was working from home and had to be on a conference call. They did the inside work quietly so as not to interrupt the call. Even the dogs did not bark. They did their work inside and out and made sure the gate to the back yard was closed. They left a door hanger when done and sent me a text. Nice to work with a company that takes such pride in their work and their people. Highly recommend.

Everyone that I have come in contact are friendly. I have had other pest control to try to get me to go with them but I get great service from you

The technicians are very friendly and professional. We found a 99% reduction in ants. If you find additional ant entrance into your home they will come back and hit those spots. They always notify you by email that your service is coming up and the date, then on the day they call (or text) about 30 minutes before they arrive. They are very respectful of the property and very quick.
