Buyer Beware - we were sold one service via telephone and emails, then charged for a service we did not want and requested to pay additional for the service we did want. They performed a single service before requesting additional fees. When we cancelled, they charged us a whopping $320. Total rip off and taking advantage of elderly people. Do not believe one single word they tell you.

The technician that visited my home was great and very professional. However, upon leaving, he tried to sell a subscription service to me that I was not informed at the time of my phone appointment. When I declined, he had to call the corporate office and ask why I was not informed of the subscription service. I would not hire them again due to the sales staff being very misleading.

They explained the process to get rid of the paper wasps, and were able to come out the same day that I called even though it was a Saturday. Explained the products that they were going to use and that it would in no way harm my dog or veggies.

I really like the person who cares for our lawn. I dont like dealing with the company. When our year is up, we will probably look for another company. When I first decided to go with their company, I didnt realize that we were going to be locked into a two year contract. I did not want that. What if we didnt like their service? Then we would be stuck with them for 2 years. They were very nice and cut it to 1 year. I could live with that. Then I got a call at 5 am the morning that they were supposed to come out. I called them and said that 5 am was too early. I was told that they had no control over what time the reminder calls went out. So I asked to be taken off the calling list. Then for the next visit, the first contact that I had was from the lawn care person that he was on his way. I asked what happened to getting an email to let me know what day he was coming out? He did not realize that I had not been notified. We have a dog and we lock her in the house while they are treating our yard so I need to know when they are coming out. Fortunately we were close to our house, so we were able to take care of our dog. Then I posted a comment on their site to tell them that I was not happy about the problems that we have had with their company. Then I just called them about a pest problem that we have and found out that my credit card is on file with their company. I should have been aware of that, so that was my bad. When I told them that with all of the news about companies getting hacked and I was not comfortable with them having my card on file I was told that I was going to be transferred to someone who could help me with that. 2 transfers later, I was told that I would be transferred again to the person who could help me with that....I was disconnected. Not happy with this company.

I have only recently hired Edge for rodent and ant control. Therefore, it is really too early for me to give a results based assessment. Their customer service is great. The technician who visits is wonderful, knowledgable, friendly, and takes time to educate. They got me into their schedule quickly and are coming out about every 2-3 days to get on top of the problem. I am hopeful they will be able to successfully get the situation under control here. They are a little spendy but if they actually get rid of the moles and potential for other rodents on my property, it will be money well spent.
