Overall good customer service. The tech was very thorough.

Overall, Edge Pest Control and their employees have been prompt and clearly explained the services provided for our property. I had one issue, while on vacation, in which I left specific instructions with Edge to call the house sitter to gain access to the house. The employee called me, while I had no cell service, was unable to access the property and completed only part of one of the visits. That said, I'm happy with the service and they were able to trap the critter in our attic.

initial treatment wasn't enough to handle the wasp nests and they were eager to come back out the next day to reapply treatments.

He sought to understand the issues we were having and dealt with them efficiently.

Great service. Just don’t get pushed into a long term contract. They insisted in 3 years and I refused. I did have to sign a 1 year contract which was ok. Initial remediation work to address rodent damage and access was excellent.

They don't deliver as promised. The initial treatment failed to solve my problem and they came out to do a "Free" follow-up; which I was told was part of the initial service that I paid for a month ago. They just charged my credit card for today's "free" service - even after I confirmed with the Branch Manager today that there would be no charge. Yikes! I talked to their office last week to confirm that when they came out today it was for the "free" 4 week follow-up. The gal told me that it was in the "system" as a regular service and she would correct it to reflect the free "re-service". Apparently, that was a wasted phone call. Terrible customer service, combined with a screwed up accounting/billing system and what appears so far to be an ineffective treatment process. Otherwise, nice folks!

Corey and Lucky serviced my home today. I have used Edge quarterly for over 4 years and am always happy with their service, communication, and courtesy. As a company, they seem really professional and even during Covid's worst, they maintained their high standards. I have had no wasps building homes in my eaves and I am very pleased that they use a product that is environmentally safe and responsible, targeting only the pests.

Overall, I have no complaints. They were professional, not too pushy with the sale of services, and promptly came out to service my house within 30 minutes (unheard of).

One trap has contained a rat. I asked to have someone come to install a door to the crawl space. No one has responded to that yet.

We hired Edge a few years ago to get rid of those little sugar ants - hundreds of them. Edge has been coming ever since on a quarterly basis. Spiders and other insects are not welcome in our home and that problem has been resolved. The sugar ants returned once and Edge quickly answered my call that day. The staff is professional with attention to detail, helpful and caring at the same time. Can't say enough about the staff. Edge is highly recommended at this household!

Both the representative (Roby) and the service technician (Seth) were pleasant and professional. Nice guys.

Great service. Technician found 2-3 area where we needed to cover openings so pests cannot enter. He also advised us to get a tray so birdseed from feeder did not fall to the ground. Since we had a contractor on site, we did not need the Edge to cover the holes. Really appreciated all this info.
