I feel like I was scammed. Rushed into a contract for 4 more "treatments" of something that does not work.

Our service specialists are trained very well and know the best strategies of protecting your home. Now, over time, our product has the ability to get into nests that have never been touched. This can cause a random increase in activity, but we are always willing to come right back out, for free, to make sure you are taken care of. We would love to learn more about what happened, but we are having a hard time finding your account based off of just your Home Advisor name. Kenneth gave us a wealth of information about our ants and other pests and how he would deal with them. He clarified the services we contracted for and the services that are included. He then proceeded to treat the house inside and outside, the garage and yard including the fences where we had seen ants. Were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and service.

Had our first appointment today and are setup on a quarterly plan for the next year. Customer service and scheduling pro were friendly and patient with all of my questions. Were on time and alerted us when it looked like they would be there towards the end of the service window. One minor miscommunication in that once on site they said they could not go IN the attic to treat for pests when they said on the phone that they could. But I asked if he could spray from the hatch opening and he did. So I am satisfied with that. They also covered a bird hole with screen that I had, but hadnt gotten to fixing. Very pleased with them going the extra mile and their professionalism. Will have to wait to see if there is a reduction in spiders and pests, but so far Im very pleased. Was also offered a discount for having my first service scheduled for while a truck was already in my area. THAT was much appreciated!

Every employee I have been in contact with has been very professional, thorough, and fast paced. They want to fix my bug issue quick and we saw great, quick results. My favorite part is I signed up to have them gone quarterly so my issue doesn’t come back. It’s pricier than I thought but worth every Penny!
