We go over the agreement with you, have you sign it, and send you copies of everything. We are sorry if there was any confusion in that process. Now our service specialists are trained very well and know the best strategies for protecting your home. We typically do not service attics, which is why our service specialists don't carry ladders with them. In unique circumstances, our service specialists are willing to go above and beyond and get into attics when need be, but it's not a part of regular servicing.
