Excellent service

He came to my house he sprayed, then left. Very little interaction.

My only complaint about this company is their hard sell. I emailed with one individual, talked to a second person, then had a third person call me back with the hard sell. A fourth person emailed the contracts in an email to which I couldn't respond and a fifth person showed up to do the pest control. So far I've only had one visit, don't think the rats have disappeared, so we'll see what happens over time. I also have to admit even with all the contact, I didn't totally understand what was offered and the total cost. I do now, however, and that involved talking to a sixth person.

This was one of the best customer experiences I have had no matter what the field is. The specialist walked me through what he was doing and why and he gave me some preventative measures I can take as a home owner and did an excellent job. I highly recommend and give 5 max stars service

Colter came in, explained the proceedure, asked if I had any questions an proceeded to administer the control substances. He was quick, efficient and very respectful of belongings both inside and outside of the house. I'm assuming the substances will do their work but so far the process seems to be working out well.

Iâ m the worst with names but Iâ m pretty sure the gentlemanâ s name was Chad! He was so nice, very quick and efficient. I have two little kids so he made sure to do the inside first. Which was awesome. Really great experience! Highly recommend.

Excellent service with Cody. All set so hopefully can get rid of these critters. Also plans r to go down into the crawl space remove the existing insulation and put new around pipes and clean up. Just signed up for service. Christian did a great job. Was professional, went out of his way to tend to areas I requested and was thoughtful about leaving the areas clean after her completed the service. Recommend highly!
