The website should allow a customer to set or change an appointment time. It takes more than 20 minutes to connect by phone. However, the service provided is thorough and effective.

We are on a quarterly service. But noticed ants on the hardwood floor in the living room. Called and they were able to come out next day. Fully informative. Highly recommended.

A few years sgo I came home to 60 yellow jackets entering my living room. They had built a nest under the house siding. Edge took care of the problem. Since then I've had regular treatments for them and spiders...I live with woods nearby... spiders are no longer a problem. Venenomus spiders no longer biting me in my yard. No more spiders in my house. Edge is always professional.

Bug and Insect Pest Control Service
Hard to tell if the treatment is going to be effective or not because I currently don't have any issues with bugs. In general, I just want to prevent issues from occurring. I feel by the time you see them in the house, then it is a bigger and more expensive issue. I rather a little now, then a lot later. The Technician was quick and efficient: In and out in 45 minutes.

Rodent Pest Control Service
Do not sign a contract until you know exactly what/how they will take care of your problem. I told the phone rep what I needed; he implied they could do the work. Tech was scheduled and came out and had me sign multiple portions of a contract lasting 12 months. Only at the end of his walk-through did he tell me it is company policy that we do not move appliances, or cut into walls to retrieve rodents.

Rodent Pest Control Service
The Technician knew what he had to do when the situation we had encountered was described. He worked efficiently and we must look at the results when he returns. Overall a good experience.
