Iâ ve been using Edge for almost a year for outdoor insect control and havenâ t seen a spider or ant since the first day they came to spray. Now I have mice in the house so called them and they came the next morning to set traps. I signed a one year contract and itâ s too soon to know if Iâ m rodent free yet, but I feel certain they will take care of any problem that arises. They have been very respectful and professional. Always call ahead and make sure Iâ m satisfied with my service b

No bugs anywhere in the house!

They were courteous, and polite and went about doing their job, they informed us of a possible hole around air conditon where rodents could get in and fixed it. They let us know cost ahead of time, we are on a contract with them and have been very happy with them since 2019, and will continue to use them.

Overall itâ s a good service. Appreciate the guys who came to do the service. The pricing is kind of expensive though particularly they force a 1yr contract (4times a year) thatâ s over my budget (basically over $500 a year). . Ideally I would only need twice a year (early spring and summer).

1. Co. does NOT tell you what insecticide is being used; 2. Co. applies insecticide during useless times of year (December, March) in PNW; 3. I was looking for someone to do in a yellow jacket nest, and they did. HOWEVER, they do NOTHING to 'plug the access hole', so their yearly plan is sort of like engaging as a drug addict - there's always gonna be a hole in your arm, and they'll be there to fill it, but not to fix it. 4. They had to borrow some of my own equipment on first visit to reach area of interest. 5. They wanted my checking account information, versus cc info, which I HATE> 6. I signed a two year agreement while under duress (I had no EpiPens when those yellow jackets set up house keeping), AND to get out from under it, I have to pay a 50% PENALTY for the 'unused' visits in this agreement. 7. Hecka close to scamming seniors such as me!

It is convenient to be on a scheduled basis. They notify me, I prepare accordingly and they arrive with some pre-notice. The job is done professionally and courteously.
