They don’t get rid of pests, THEY ARE THE PESTS! They will trick you into a contract you didn’t agree to, never show up when they are supposed to but charge you monthly anyway. You’ll have to be on the phone for hours to cancel their service while they argue over you and then charge you an outrageous amount to cancel. Check reviews on yelp and the BBB before you ever hire these people. Seriously the worst of the worst.

I have been using them for the last 3 years and I have not only appreciated their service but I have seen the quality constantly remain high or improve over the years. Mark was excellent with his service and easy explanations of everything that is done. Warren was especially helpful! Warren did an amazing job again!

we stopped using their services for a number of reasons years ago and literally get a text from them consistently about can we have your business back? disorganized team of incompetent workers who literally sprayed so much more than they should have in areas we asked them not to due to young children in our house. Im sure the spray is harmless to kid right?

I hired Saela for semi monthly spider and mice control. They promised if pests were a problem they would help at no charge since I had regular service. When I saw a mouse inside I called expecting removal service and closing r try points to be included. Instead they said I had an â infestationâ in the attic and tried to sell me $18000 renovation project to replace all insulation in the attic. They took photos of mice in traps telling he they were â freshâ and the infestation in the attic was current. The indie tor didnâ t even remove the trapped mice. He gave me a hard sell but I asked him to leave. The next day I had a second opinion and we discovered the mice he said was â freshâ and â recentâ were actually mummified from months ago. And the insulation was not destroyed and the mice in the attic was from the past. The hard sell of $18000 was a scam. Then when I called to cancel they insisted I was locked into a contract. I eventually got them to cancel but Iâ d tell anyone to run from this company. They are not honest.

The contract is very deceptive and deceitful. They charge for services they do without your permission and after your contract expires then they try and argue it is in your contract to continue unless you speak to a specific Manager. Run. There are many other honest companies to choose from.

They call before their quarterly visits do the work without having to babysit them and inform you of any potential problems I've never had anyone with the professional image they have just great people

Today was my first service. Anyone lucky enough to get Brice for their technician will be happy! He explained all the services and took care of my wasp problem. He called 15-20 minutes before arrival (I greatly appreciate that, working from home) and was right on time. Very happy!

They did an outstanding job! They sprayed the entire house and the surrounding areas, for bugs,spiders, and insects. I'm very happy with this service!
