Saela Pest Control showed a complete lack of integrity. Technicians signed us up for a mosquito service we never requested or needed. After 30+ years in the Treasure Valley, we’ve never needed that service.
Canceling was a nightmare—four calls over two weeks with constant runaround from customer service. When I finally reached a manager, I was charged a $105 early termination fee despite being a customer for over 24 months.
Very poor experience. I would strongly advise avoiding Saela and double-checking anything they try to enroll you in.

Bug and Insect Pest Control Service
I had a bug infestation coming from a neighboring field. I subscribe to Edge's quarterly service, so I called for an extra spray (at no cost!). Kevin came out the next day. He took the time to try to identify the pest & set a good boundary down so the little critters would stay away from my pets & property. I'm sure I was an add-on to his already busy day, but he didn't show it. Thanks Kevin!

Have been fighting ants for years. When the Edge guy knocked on my door, I decided to give them a shot. After the first application, the ants all but disappeared! Along with the wasps that were hiding in my back yard. Definitely recommend!

They start out very good. In the beginning I was working from home and was present when the technician came to treat the property. Now I am back at the office and there are increasing spiders, the webs are not knocked down, and we are conveniently locked into a contract. Seems like a decent program if you are able to monitor the technician, but they evidently lack follow through if left unattended.
