Saela Pest Control- Idaho, LLC

Not the least expensive and not the most, but their environmental and animal friendly (I have an Umbrella Cockatoo - they have delicate respiratory systems) products made them my #1 Choice. Just had first service call for all pests and wasps, and mosquitoes (new construction), ensuring that nuisance bugs wonâ  t be an issue for our bird, dog, or their people. Our technician, George, was very thorough-explaining what heâ  d be doing, where, and when we could expect Edge to return. I truly hope that the level of customer service we had today will be the hallmark of all visits to follow.

Luis the tech that came did an excellent job.

An amazing customer service, product is effective and save!

No pest , no complaints here

Edge and Trevor are absolutely amazing and professional beyond measure. Courteous, knowledgeable, considerate. Knows without being asked to avoid spraying above our garden boxes, etc. Applies the right stuff at the right time--all with friendly advanced calls and personal follow up. They raise the bar and set the standard for customer care and service in a world of rapidly declining person attention. Excellent. Impressive!

On time, friendly, professional and thorough! Super impressed!!!

Edge Pest Control is awesome. We noticed we had an infestation of little mites around our window/window sills. We called them on Friday evening and they had one of their techâ s come out Sat morning. He was very professional and thorough. I have been a customer of Edge for three years and have always had great customer service.

Very good service, Luis explained everything that he was going to do and also asked if I had any questions or where any trouble spots were.

Professional and thorough.

Friendly & took the time to tell me what service he would be doing today as well as when they would be back.

Great Company very dependent nice people and very thorough. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable and thorough and very courteous

They always come back if I have issues between visits. They ask me if I have any specific issues that Iâ d like addressed. They donâ t try to upsell me anything. Iâ ve been using them for about a few years.

They always come when they say they are coming.

Absolutely Stellar company and stellar service!

They are always professional and courteous. They do a great job and I am very pleased. Have not had too many issues with bugs, spiders, mice, or voles since they have been servicing my home. I would definitely recommend them!!

I have always had great customer service and the service personnel are always efficient, polite and on time, they always call with the time frame they will be here. They always do a great job, thank you

Very pleased with the service and very professional employees.

Great company and customer service. They are always kind, quick to notify us of when they are coming, and do a great, quick, but thorough job! Two people I would like to name specifically in my review are Kevin and Billy. Both of them have been great at doing their job and we have been very impressed with their service. All in all, I would recommend Edge to anyone who is wanting to have their bugs be gone for a reasonable price and have a job well done! 10/10.

Excellent work. Fast, efficient and on time. Explained everything before the service and answered all my questions.

Edge did my routine pest control spraying for my 2 houses. They are very professional and will come out for a specific problem very quickly.

Great service! Thank you!
