He answered all questions, came back to re-check, and is available for any glitches that may pop up. He introduced a silicone product that took care of our needs. Thanks Oliver!

these guys were total pros. a neighbor of mine said that in comparison to what he had done to his roof, the difference in quality was clear - he was blown away by Edge Roofing's work, as was I.

He fixed our leaking roof with silicone patching. It was an emergency leak into the house and needed to be done fast. That was in December and even after some strong rain it is still all ok in late February with no further leaks.

Prompt and professional

It took awhile for them to get to me, but their work appears to be very good. The workers were very knowledgeable but not proficient in English.

estimated a more expensive problem which I agreed to fix. We talked at length about how the plumber was to set up pipes but not drill holes into roof for him to finish. Day before the job he says he wants plumber to drill holes. This changes my deal with the plumber who was literally leaving the house when I got the roofers text. Roofer finally agrees to drill holes as originally discussed. On day of the job he tells me due to liability he cannot go into the attic to get what he asked the plumber to set up for him. He never mentioned this during the detailed instructions I got from him for the plumber days earlier. My husband had to leave work during a busy project to go hand this guy the pipes from the attic. Then on his way out he tells my husband that the mastik he painted in my roof for 1500$ will dry white and we will need to go up on the roof in a few days and spray paint it to match the roof. This is different from his explanation that if we went with option 2 I shouldn't have to deal with my roof for 10 years. His last words to me were on the phone when taking my credit card info. He asked me if I wanted to add a tip for his worker. I should have a warranted based on our discussions. I just hope the work is good and he honors his warranted if there are problems.

Oliver was my serviceman, he did everything! He papered the floors prior to work starting, he made sure all my furniture on the deck was covered and out of the way AND he made all his workers take their shoes off prior to stepping off the paper in order to keep my drive way clear! Oliver made sure that my LADWP Rebate paperwork was processed through and that helped pay for the roofing work! It is nice to see honest tradesmen who actually show up on time these days. The leak was fixed, I could not be happier!

Outstanding work! I'm a stay at home mom so needless to say, moneys tight in our household. Neither myself nor my husband are knowledgeable about construction, so when our roof needed work I was worried. Of course I called several companies to compare rates and not only was Edge Roofing giving us the most bang for our buck, but Oliver (the employee who helped us through the entire process) was the first to call us back, and by far the most helpful roofer we saw, he answered all the silly questions I could come up with and was always punctual, the roof was fixed promptly and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Rain was coming soon, my wood shake roof had "holes" that needed patching. The job was done BEFORE the rain. The quote was reasonable, and finished as promised.
