Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
At the end of March of 2023 we gave Edgewater 50% of the total for the addition. She came back to us for another 25% on November 1, 2023 though the milestones had not been completed. We gave her the money with a lot of personal reservations. On January 9 of 2024 she sent us an email that she was declaring bankruptcy though the addition was not finished. Under no circumstances would I use this company.

Sign contract in May paid the deposit, start project kept being push out. Finally in October we cancel the contract it took over a month to get the deposit back.
