It's hard for me to rate these questions as we've just hired them and haven't had but one cleaning from them. The tech seems very thorough though.

Saved thousands of dollars by finding that the pool heater didn't need replaced, just needed new capacitor.

The owner came to survey the pool the next day after the call. He and the Service Tech solved the leak problem within a week. My last pool company could not solve the problem in three years. Pool leak was at the skimmer, a very simple obvious problem. We were very excited to see a clean clear pool again after so many years of problems and weekends that we could not use the pool. I would highly recommend this company to any pool owner.

The owner came to my house, the pool was a green mess. They have battery operated vacuums that no other company has. My pool is pristine after just a few weeks . I highly recommend this company without reservation.

Colton showed up on time, looked at all of my equipment and even took the time to clean it right then, because the it was so bad from prior service. Our weekly service person is extremely thorough. My pool has never looked this good. How refreshing, hopefully it will continue.

About 1 1/2 years ago, we had an issue with unusually high electric bills at our rental home in Marco. It was tough since it was around the holiday and I was in Connecticut. Everyone said it had to be our pool but the pool service at the time couldn't find any issues. So I went out to Home Advisors and picked out Edgewater pool (based on recommendations). Colton (the owner) went out to the house (within an hour or so) and found some piece of equipment (can not remember which one) was in a permanent on position. He reset it and immediately the electric useage per day went back to normal. Due to that good experience, this past October when we were in Marco we decided to meet with him. We immediately like him and signed up with his service. So far, have to say we are very happy. Colton replies to all our emails and his recommendations (such as adding a pool cover) has saved us quite a bit on the electricity bill.
