Joe Edkin called me back 10 minutes following leaving a message. Was willing to come on a holiday. Arrived exactly on time. Very professional, efficient and neat. Would call Joe in future for any needed repairs. Plan on having him install humidifier on furnace and power wash house.

They responded quickly to my inquiry. He came and gave me an estimate - it was very reasonable. They came and cleaned the carpets and also some fabric seated office chairs. There had been a few spots on the carpets (commercial carpeting) but they got them out. The rugs were not as damp as with several previous cleaning companies. I was very pleased with them and plan to use him again for some other projects.

prompt service and helped with washer which turned out it was off balance then checked my ice maker which he ordered a part for and returned within 5 days to repair. Advised us about the water filter on fridge which we replaced. Overall, very satisfied and will recommend him and use him again with future needs.
