He was very prompt in calling me after he got the referral. When I called to schedule he quickly worked me in. He arrived promptly, did an excellent job and explained why we had the "wrinkles." He was done in less than half the time he had scheduled. So I asked him to look at another spot on a different carpet. He said it was just the very beginning of a wrinkle but he said he would prefer not to do anything as it could cause more damage. I really appreciated his honesty and as opposed to making more money. He also said to call him if there were any problems with the repair as it is guaranteed for one year. I was really impressed with his knowledge and friendly nature and of course the workmanship!

James had to removed heavily glue down carpet. The job took longer than we thought and he didn't charge me a penny more than quoted. VERY professional and friendly guy. Would highly recommend him to do any work. Very honest and upfront about what should and should not be done. High 5 stars to James!! Debby

To use up the minimum time for the job, they also stretched some of the upstairs hallway. I wish that I had pointed out a wrinkle at the far end of the hall so it would have all been done. I tipped them $20 each for the extra effort. The quality of the work was excellent. They arrived on time and were here the quoted time. My only suggestion is it would have been nice if they had cleaned up after themselves. I had to mop the floor and do quite a bit of vacuuming and picking up after they were done.

You did a fantastic job on stretching the carpet and were able to fit us in on the day I called. You were also very friendly and pleasant to work with. I will recommend Edmondson Enterprises to friends who need carpet work.

Quickly reached a deal price was good. Project was very small. Showed up pretty much on time though the weather was bad for traveling. Carpet was stretched and reattached in about an hour. One thing I learned was to describe any working restrictions before reaching an agreement. We don't want street shoes worn on the carpet. Because of the weather conditions they complied but I was told that if they had been told that condition up front they would not have accepted the job.

James was very friendly, professional and did an excellent job. We had a carpet that had many bubbles and needed stretching. He was held up at his previous appointment but called twice to keep us informed of the situation. I would recommend his service to anyone.

James the owner responded to my internet request in less than a minute. He was able to come out that day to stretch my carpet. He and his partner Doug did an outstanding job and were very easy to talk with. They even took extra time to repair an area that was cut wrong by the original carpet layers and became glaringly obvious after they stretched the carpet. They did this at no extra charge so they could keep to the original estimate they gave me over the phone. I did tip them though for their outstanding work. Don't hire anyone else. These are the guys for you.!
