As a former Contracting Officer, I was impressed with the professionalism, timely response, work completion, and clean up. The Specialists were outstanding, and very nice to work with. I have already referred them to other family members and neighbors.

They did a great job so good in fact they did other work for me they're even working for family members now as we speak.

Promptly returned my call and had a good price. Work was very nicely done. However, small problems were not corrected for 3 weeks and after many phone calls. Keys to my house were NEVER returned forcing me to purchase / install new locks.

The owner, Juan Naula, will do anything to satisfy and make the customer happy. The men actually doing the work needs more training on sanding and refinishing. The men came back after the job was finished to redo areas and Juan finally took care of some areas himself on a Saturday morning. Even with Juan doing everything he could to make it right, I still had flaws in the floor where the sanding was rippled and the finish was not evenly applied and left ridges in the finish as well as sand and grit dryed in the finish.

Very nice, able to schedule quickly, gave full quote with explaination and was concerned with doing the job the right way! Would recommend.

Juan was very professional and communicated immediately after receiving his e-mail. His price was very good compared to others. He was able to do the job very quickly. Great Guy.

Work was slowed due to drying issues, I was disapointed with the timeline and the offer to do things that never happened. Work was good once it was completed. Follow through was not as they stated and there was lots of time on my part to get the job completed.

We are quite pleased with the flooring work done by Eduard's and would use them again.

Juan did a great job. I would have him back to do any other hardwood projects and his men to. I was very happy with the result of my hardwood floors. They are beautiful!

Juan Naula did a great job of following through with my floor refinishing needs. When the floor was still sticky and I walked on it with socks, he came back and corrected by hand the places I messed up. He also replaced my quarter round and the measurements were done well and the endges were finished nicely. None of the other Service Magic floor refinishing companies returned my calls or e-mails, but this company followed up very diligently. Of the several other non-Service Magic companies I contacted, Juan's quote was still one of the lowest, far lower than most.
