Educators That Sealcoat, LLC

"Educators that Sealcoat is a very well known company known for its detail to work, craftsmanship, and making sure customers are happy. The first point to this review is that these things were not stated on the quote, The crew did an excellent job with what was on the estimate and discussed to the customer. The customer wanted some added work at no cost which we provided, went back because she was concerned about some smaller issues(not in the quote) which we have no problem doing. She wanted additional patching and sealing in which we discussed that it would not set right and cause more problems with not drying, and the patch is not suited or needed. When my crew leaves they always make sure the customer is happy. I REALLY hate to brag but we have been working in Gate Mills. Pepper Pike, and other affluent communities for over 15yrs where the customers can be very particular about work done on their property. We are even rated with excellence in Gates Mills. As one can see it upsets me & my company and this customer was not completely satisfied, however she had complaints on add on work and not the original estimate and some of the work that was advised not to be done for which it would cause more issues, I also was never notified about this only to see this review changed from the original rating that was higher, and I would still recommend not putting the patch in there as stated before, as I have found people to have issues that have done so in similar situations."
