Extremely Professional. He gave me the best price out of 4 contractors that I had received estimates for. My basement had a massive flooding problem and not a drop since! I was in touch with Tom during his whole project. Tom made me feel comfortable, properly informed, and took the time to describe every step of the process. I absolutly recommend this company.

Work was done to waterproof one side of the basement wall in December 2018. Since it was winter could not verify whether it was successful. When spring 2019 came and rain started, the wall was leaking again. I contacted them to see if they would stand by their work. Naturally, after one is paid emails and phone calls go unanswered.

Ed and Thomas responded quickly to provide a quote and answered all our questions. They were a little delayed in starting, however that comes with the territory. We needed a to have a repair done when some foundation bricks above a basement window collapsed and fell. Mr. Naclerio responded and the gave us an assessment of the work to be done. It seemed like a small job, but when done correctly it was quite labor intensive. We are very happy with the finished job done for a fair price! Thank you Ed and Zack for your expertise!

His work was very sloppy. After asuring me his that his backhoe would not ruin my newly paved driveway, while working on a section of my foundation, it left several holes, deep scratches, and indents from its tire. He should have put down plywaood prior to starting the job. (After I pointed it out, he returned to patch some of the damage, but the patches remain visable.) Also, much of a layer of mud remained on the driveway, some of which is still there after hosing it down several times. Additionally, his helper did not repalace two cellar stair steps that he had to remove in order to patch the inside of the foundation in back of them and he had to redo a small exterior cement job that did not match the smoothness of the stucco next to it.

Ed is a great man to work with. His concern not only for the job but other issues that developed made him the professional that he is. I would recommend him without reservation

Eddie was a pleasure to work with despite my project being difficult. He showed up on the job site when expected and was in constant communication. He also tried to work within my budget while accomplishing my goals.

He repaied my leaky basement. He kept me informed of the work progress and was always on time. He did not try to sell me basement products such as sump pump or dehumidifier, which I appreciated. He gave me a good follow up call after the work was completed, a very good sign. I'd recommend his service to others.
