Did not start project on time. 10 days after project started the job was not finished. (project was to be completed in three days) I replaced the contractor with someone else to complete the job. Did not meet contract .Would not recommend for floor refinishing. Threatened to place a lien on property unless paid in full for job even though job was not completed. I paid him in full.
