Ed returned my call promptly. Set a time to meet with me at my home and he arrived on time. He evaluated the problem, did some trouble shooting and resolved the problem very quickly. He and his assistant worked well together and cleaned up after the work was completed. His charge was very reasonable. I will be using his services again in the near future. I highly recommend Edward P. Lackey Electric.

Recently bought a new home to find numerous issues with switches and outlets. Mr. Lackey was able to come out within 2 days and went through the whole house and identified and fixed all our issues. Will definitely recommend to others in the area.

Provided excellent workmanship to install electrical wiring, gfi, and lighted switch for the heat coils that were previously placed on the roof.

Mr. Lackey responded immediately to my inquiry. He came right out to troubleshoot and repair/replace our gfi outlet and replace a broken switch. We were so pleased that we asked for a quote to replace our hard wired smoke detectors. He sent the quote right away and we scheduled the work to be done two days later. He came a little early (better than late), did the install and answered our questions with a very friendly demeanor. He is awesome. We highly recommend him.

Ed and his plumber partner arrived on time and did excellent job. Not only the work ordered, but also additional work needed for dishwasher to run at reasonable price. I'd hire him again and recommend him very strongly.

Ed did a great job upgrading my electrical service. Cleaned up the mess of wiring around the panel, looks great, night and day compared to the old panel. Passed inspection without any issues. He was prompt with generating the quote and showed up to work on the project as scheduled. I would hire him again for any future projects..

Mr. Lackey responded quickly to my request and even came out on a Saturday. He was on time, assessed the problems quickly, and fixed all issues in an hour and a half. A very straightforward, no muss, no fuss guy. I would hire him again in the future.

I had a Mass Save audit done prior to having insulation blown into my house - I had old knob and tube wiring in my attic that had to be removed. Ed was prompt, courteous, professional and very neat - which I appreciated. I have already made arrangements to have him come back and do additional work.

He did all sorts of rewiring of my house. Excellent electrician, nice guy. I went through 4 electricians before I found Ed.

Ed was responsive, reasonably priced and completed the work efficiently, Other vendors in the past charged additional travel time and money for having to pick up supplies but he only charged for the supplies.That was appreciated. The fixture and doorbell now work.
