Shawn Poore is the mans name that came out to do the work. I contacted Shawn to purchase an Air Conditioner condenser, A coil and refrigeration line set. Shawn recommended I buy a 1 1/2 ton unit from him, so I bought the condener, line set and A coil and had him deliver it. I had Shawn braze the lines and check the system out. The 1 1/ 2 system he recommended is too small and will Not cool the house. After numerous phone calls and emails he back out to check it again. He said the unit is too small for the house and stated I needed a 2 ton unit instead. Now, he will not answer my phone calls or emails or correct the problem.

Actually Edwards Heating & Cooling did not come to my home. I was looking for a certain replacement part for my furnace. Shawn spent quite a bit of time looking for the part I needed. I very much appreciated his effort and yes I would recommend going to Edwards Heating because they are very kind and helpful
