I've just started using this company, but they do a great job! My yard already looks 100 times better!

I hired them to install French drains in yard to fix standing water. They were nice and punctual. They installed the drains incorrectly resulting in me still having a flooded yard. I even pointed out while being installed it did not appear correct but the owner reassured me. I have contacted them several times with no response. DO NOT USE. Complete waste of money. I have pictures to prove my yard still floods.

Jason and his crew did us right, and we saw what used to be a flooded backyard, now have green grass and be enjoyed more. Good investment..

Very poor service. Misinformed us. No timeline, after getting check does not return calls to finish the work. Sends unprofessionals to work. I never came to see projects and cut many of the irrigation pipes. Most unreliable.

The kids he brought with him had no clue what to do. I had to tell them what I wanted cause he left. Had I not been watching one pipe would have gone unwrapped. The drainage system doesnt work I still have standing water and I have to have it completely redone. This time by a real professional.

Edwards provided and installed sod for my backyard which was in horrible condition. Jason and his crew were all very courteous and professional throughout the process. They performed quickly and paid close attention to any requests that I asked of them, all at a very reasonable price. We now have a lush green lawn instead of an eyesore.

Hired this company to do a french drain to help pull water away from a few low areas. Quality of work and cleanup was good. Price was right. Would recommend to others.

Super personable and friendly staff, always willing to answer any questions I have and willing to go the extra mile when I am being particular. They do a great job of keeping my place clean and well maintained, 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking to have any kind of yard work done. Whether it is maintaining the lawn or installing drainage you really can not find anyone around to match their quality of work.

I do not recommend Edwards Outdoor Solutions for many reasons. This company put in new drains in my back yard, at a project cost of $5500. The problems included the following. Edwards pressured me to pay in full well before the work was complete. I had made a $2000 up-front payment before work started. Being pressured like that was unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. When I was asked to pay in full, I felt I should get out a shovel and investigate myself. I shouldnâ t have to do this, but I sensed there might be a problem. Boy was I right. I discovered the work was shoddy. The 200-foot drain was supposed to connect to a pipe to the street. It was not connected, at all. This 200-foot drain was supposed to be a French drain, meaning it has rocks on the bottom and sides. There were no rocks. The pipe to the street didnâ t have caps on the ends, and rocks were starting to clog it within the first few days. The crew cut other corners. They installed surface drains that were 2 inches above ground. How is that supposed to work? When I asked that they make the drains flush with the surface of the lawn, they made a cut so it stuck up 1.5 inches above the surface. I had to show them where to cut to make it right. The Bobcat earth mover was driven across a large, newly seeded area with small grass shoots. I asked that they not do it and it happened again. There are many other examples. Overall, there was very little supervision. The second time they were here, for about 4-5 hours, there was no supervisor. I had to watch the work like a hawk and direct the work. This put me in an extremely uncomfortable position. At my insistence and my constant supervision, the crew made it right, I think. I have no expertise in drainage. The whole process was exceptionally unsettling. Go with someone besides Edwards Outdoor Solutions.

I would definitely recommend Edwards Outdoor Solutions for home landscape work, tree removal, and privacy fence. The owner was easy to communicate with and was responsive. The team arrived on time and got to work immediately. Professional etiquette. For example: part of the landscaping work required them to remove and replace a portion of my wood privacy fence. When Mr. Edwards realized that my neighbor had items hanging on my fence, he discussed the fence replacement plan with my neighbor, then he carefully removed the hanging items, replaced the section of fence, and carefully rehung the items as he found them. I was impressed with how he handled the situation. After the work was done, the team cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the debris. The fee for the work was fair. Thank you.
