The company was extremely responsive. They were able to come out and service our floor drain for routine maintenance within a couple of hours of call. We received a free drain cap as well. Very nice of them. The charges were settled via credit card, which is extremely convenient.

Hired them to install a water heater. Quoted $5997.95 and gave a $3000 deposit. Texted me to a landline instead of calling me to say the quote was an error and won?t do the job unless I agree to $8600. I said we agreed on the price and gave a deposit. They didn?t care. Then only reason I know this is because I called to find out what time installation was and didn?t know this or that the heater was never ordered. I hope I get my $3000 back

They charge the labor hours plus the services fee. The other company only charge services fee if estimating is not agreed and no job is offered.

Hired them to service tankless water heater and the technician asked for the owners manual. He read the same thing I did. I just needed to reset the unit but he didn’t know the code to do so. Called manufacturer the following day and got the reset code. Wasted $100 on the service ce call

Rick File arrived within the window quoted to me. The job was completed quickly, professionally and very reasonably. I called late in the day and this was an "after hours" call, but there were no outrageous extra charges for that. I will use them again for any plumbing issues in the future.

At hiring, No firm date when the job (Shower tiles and fixtures) is to be done.

I would gladly and highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs! Will took is time and did the job right , (like I wanted it done), the first time. they came out the same day i called which was nice. i dropped 1 star bc of the time it took to install 2 water heaters, we were told 2-3 hours but in reality took almost 10 hours. Also we were forced to make a decision on the spot RE: replacement due to the high non refundable diagnosis fees. they charge a fee to come out (they tell you about on the phone) And a diagnosis fee (told us after the work was done), which is strange bc what's the point of having someone come out and Not diagnose the problem? regardless it's been 2 mos and the boilers are working fine with no call backs needed.

I was in trouble and they handled my request promptly. They got the job done and replaced the Sump pump. hopefully it will work for years to come....

The plumber who came to my home fixed the issue. The job was a small one - fixing a corroded chrome pipe above the kitchen sink trap. The plumber's work was fine, but I feel that the dispatcher misled me on the pricing. She advised me that the service call would be $60.00 plus the cost of the repair. When the plumber arrived, he told me that the cost of the work would be $202.00. This was a small job that I could have done myself, if I had the time. I understand that calling a plumber can be costly, but this seemed excessive. This is the first and last time that I will hire Edwards Plumbing and Heating.
