David D was very polite, knowledgeable, prompt and thorough. He explained everything he was doing to keep me informed. He has been in the business a long time. Not many plumbers will work on tank less heaters. He wore his shoe covers at all times while in the house. Thanks.

Extremely expensive for simple pipe repair.

Would not recommend plumber, said it could not be repaired as it required a packing nut I call another plumber and he fixed it for 120 dollars

David was on time,very helpful. He described everything he did and didn't mind me asking questions. He cleaned up afterwards and was very polite. He seemed very confident and work appeared to be done well.

Jason was on time, He made sure he checked in and told him about accident that delayed timing and he is very skilled.

Jason arrived on time...I thought I needed a valve replacement and Jason explained the valve was fine. I just needed a few tightening adjustments on the actual toilet. Great job and very professional.

The work was done the same day I called for service. While it wasn't an emergency emergency, (couldn't turn the hot water off with the faucet and ending up turning it off with the shut off valve), it was a relief to be able to use it so quickly.

I will never hire that people again. Guy came , he open my suer pipe system and try to clean and broke his equipment and left this open system for two weeks with stopping flowing and ask me to pay $247.36 which I did, and promised to come back tomorrow and that tomorrow was since March the 20th I did made few nice pictures and I will sent this to BBB for information because that kind of work I did not expect from Edwards Pluming Company, but this only I know that they collect the money for nothing That I will never recomendet this company to anybody. Thank you , For your "GOOD WORK" but this would be much better that you should return my money back. George Michalski

Very professional, did an awesome job. I will use this company for all my heating and plumbing projects.

They charge way too much. He left the place a mess. I hired another plumber for 75 dollars to do the same thing. The guy that came out tried to convince me what he was doing for 315 dollars was different. I work in construction have 3 degrees in construction. I know and have seen every tool he has in action. They try and talk above your head to convince you they are the best. Treat your customers with respect and do not talk to them like they are stupid. Do not use a company like this.

They were very courteous and your service was excellent I called and they came out right away with very little delay. They were here within 2 hours of my call. They unclog my drain and now they are coming to install a new toilet.
