Yes, he did an excellent job. He was persistent, andworked very hard to determine what the problem was. The task was complicated by the fact that the washer repair had to be done even though the dryer was on top of it.

This is the second time that I have worked with Edward. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. My dishwasher wouldn't use all of the soap, so there was constant residue in the machine, on the dishes, and food remained on the items. He provided me details as to why there was an issue and how he would resolve it. When he saw that the fix was easier than initially planned, he fairly negotiated his fee based on the required fix. He also cleans up after he is done and leaves the area as it was. I will gladly reach out to him again in the future, and recommend him to friends as well!

DO NOT hire this individual. I was charged $240 to replace a part on my washing machine, which did not resolve my issue as he said it would. I then reached out to ?Edward? stating that the issue I hired him for had not been resolved. 12 days later and he still has not returned to fix the issue after multiple attempts to schedule a new time. I requested a refund and was denied said refund. Save yourself some time and money.
