Edy Fernandez Pool Service - Inicio Facebook

I had an 11 am appointment to have him vacuum our pool. He arrived at 1:45pm. I received no follow-up calls from their office, and when I called at 12:30 they said that he was just 10-15 minutes away. When he finished his work he requested $80.00 for the cleaning of the pool instead of the agreed $75.00. When he stated that he was finished, I could not see the bottom of my pool it was so dirty still. I cleaned my pool cartridges today and will sweep the pool again myself.

Edy is very Knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Recommend him for all your pool needs.

It is my opinion that Mr Fernandez is a reliable and honest business owner. He promptly diagnosed my pool motor issue and corrected the problem.

I hired Edy Fernandez Pool Service to replace the tiles in my bathroom. Edy did a very poor job with the tile. The tiles were uneven and not level, they were not cut properly. they were 12 x 24 tiles that we used and he put very thin pieces at the end. it looked terrible. I have never ever seen anyone lay tile like that. The extra thin sit he poor on and around my tree, when he mixed the thinset he did it fron of my house and he didnt clean any of the splatter. I have thin set chunks every where. I asked him to clean it and he never did. Edy Fernandez has no idea what he is doing and should not be trusted for any job.

Prompt and thorough work

Did an amazing job getting my pool clean and pristine after a nightmare bout of green algae. Definitely recommend.

Edy did the job! He is very responsible, I needed someone to rely on taking care of my vacation home pool without me being there to supervise.

A man of his word

Immediate response to request. Arrived on time for scheduled appointment. He provided several options, and was able to get the parts and do the work the very next day, He adapted his schedule to work around my needs. I also decided to hire his team for weekly service as well. Was able to provide an immediate estimate for additional work I requested and was very pleasant and professional. Professional service comes with a professional and competitive fee.

Left message, no return call. Asked for test results of the water, 2 weeks ago, still have yet to see, asked again, nothing. Seems all pool services dont check the chemicals correctly, ask yours if they check for the calcium hardness! its ruining my new pool cause its too low.

excellent company Edy is fantastic, took care of all my pool problems in short order, my other company had been working on this for 2 years and had even convinced me the problem was with the salt system and that I should switch to non salt system, fortunately Edy solved all issues in short order

He is very reliable, thorough and patient. Extremely easy to communicate with. I am very happy.

HE KNOWS HIS JOB

I've hired many pool services in the desert and by far Edy's pool service is the best and most reliable.

HE KNOWS HIS JOB AND HE CARES FOR MY POOL

I called this company at the least money on a holiday and they came and the price was reasonable. they service my pool the same day and the next day when I was having my party as well. They came fast, called me back within 10 minutes, professional, EXCELLENT SERVICE, MY POOL LOOKS CLEANER THAN EVER!! I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY 100% they always call you back when you have a questions.

Very responsive and reliable.

Of all the pool services I have had in the past 5 years - I have no complaints with Edy. He shows up as scheduled, keeps the pool sparkling and let's me know when something needs attention. He is proffessional and his quality of work is excellant.

Be sure you read your copy of the service agreement. Edy adds the cleaning of the pool filter, conditioner, and other chemicals at a cost ($50) per the month it is performed and he controls those jobs. As the pool owner, make sure you can run the same chemical test on your equipment that he does so that your pool water is balanced because this will extend the life of your equipment and avoid costly repairs.

There's no guess work with Edy ... when he say's he'll show up, he does & to compliment that, his quality of work is EXCELLENT!!!! I wouldn't hesitate for a moment in recommending Edy ~ he takes pride in what he does & is well appreciated!!! A++ Carol Banning, CA

bad experience, take them to a month to mess up my pool ever since they take over. he use to send 2 kids to service my pool, I watch them working on it for about 10 minutes and they take off, so I call edy because my pool was getting green, the rest was full of excuses

customer service was great Edy called the first day.

Edy was very professional and informative. He did a great job and even helped with a few other repairs we needed. I would highly recommend him for any pool service.

Would recommend to all. Took him the same day we hired him to a friend, who also hired him. Very Fair on pricing, great customer service.... Overall an A +++++ Leslie Banning, CA
