I was horrified when I found a bedbug under my pillow. I called and spoke to Devon and I really appreciate how kind, empathetic, and understanding he was about my problem. Devon explained the process and pricing and put me at ease. He came out the next day and I have not seen a bug since then. I HIGHLY recommend Effective Solutions because they are the experts and the customer service is top notch!
