The project was top notch. Cesar & James were professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They explained the job step by step. They cleaned as they progressed.They were very polite and engaging. The showed pictures of the ducts and vents at the start of the project and explained what we were seeing. They showed them again was all work was completed. What a difference! We can't say enough about the quality of the work provided or about the company representatives from the point of Michael arranging our contract through Cesar and James completing all the work. At the conclusion, our home was left immaculately clean.

I originally scheduled to get an in-home estimate for Dryer vent cleaning from them. Pedro arrived on time and gave me an estimate and I decided to go ahead and have it done right then and there. Excellent service..in and out in 45 minutes. I would definitely hire them again.

I had called many companies for estimates. Let me start by saying that Duct Cleaning Effects, LLC is an A+ operation. I requested an estimate through service magic and was then contacted by Duct Cleaning Effects, LLC. The owner came to give me an estimate. He was punctual, polite, and very professional. I read the literature he prepared and the estimate and decided to hire him for the job. The day of the scheduled job the owner and helper arrived at the exact time scheduled and worked non stop until the job was finished. He took time out to answer all my questions and explained to me how the whole duct and ac/heat process worked in my home. He allowed me to inspect the ducts before and after to see the difference. I would hire him again and will. A+ rating. Left the home as they arrived, clean. Company performed the exact work described in the estimate and no hidden costs.

I needed to clean ducts that had not been cleaned for probably 15 years. They did very good job. They are easy to communicate. They come in time for appointment, which is a big deal for me.

Performed whole-house inspection before offering quote. Arrived on time. Worked non-stop until the job was complete. Answered all questions and addressed all concerns. Left house and basement clean and in order. Provided visual inspection of furnaces and of dust and debris removed from heating ducts. Threw in "little extras" at no additional cost. Offered discount for dual-family dwelling. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Very pleased with the work. Pedro and his helper did a thorough job and put down dust mats throughout the house and they put on boot coverups, as it was a wet day. I would definitely recommend them. They are honest and hardworking.

These folks are superb. The job we hired them for involved cleaning some residual paint on the windows from last years paint job as well as cleaning the windows inside and out. The Effects 3 person crew were on time, courteous, industrious, and exceptionally focused on the details of the job. When they were finished I couldn't believe the results they had gotten. I have now hired them for some other projects and did so without reservation. There is nothing derogatory to report here. This is a professional operation and the staff is the best.
