Efficiency was able to schedule A/C repair within 24 hours in the middle of a summer hot spell. Technician was efficient, skilled and personable. He explained and fixed the problem, and helped educate us on A/C maintenance.

Jason Shaw was very knowledgeable about manufactured home furnaces. With his help we were very confident with our furnace selection. Installers, Walter and Tim were very professional and took pride in their work. Addressed and took care of any problems that occurred . Took their time to finish the job in a way that we had NO cleanup to do. The county inspector was by today and his exclamation was "beautiful job, passed". Trae was great. He diagnosed the problem even before I finished explaining it to him, fixing the water leak on my carrier gas furnace in no time. He also did a maintenance tune-up on the furnace, explained in detail issues and concerns I should be aware of. He was professional and respectful, and I have requested Trae to be the one to service my A/C in the spring. Efficiency Heating Cooling and Trae get an A+ for sure.

If your furnace A/C combo has problems communicating with each other, they may need to be bluetooth paired.
