Efficiency Resolutions - Built stairs to an existing 2nd-floor deck. Professional. Provided a very fair estimate - we agreed on a final cost, and THAT WAS THE FINAL COST. Very flexible time-wise. He shows up to work when he says he will and will call ahead with any changes. The project was completed exactly as I wanted; was very happy with the final result. I would definitely hire him again for any future projects.

He's the best contractor in the area that I've ever worked with. He was punctual, amazing at following up even after the job was finished. He worked with me on the price; everything the other contractors didn't want to do. He even let me purchase the material myself because of the discount I receive and went to pick everything up.
