"Our apologies for your bad experience. We did have to order the board twice through your home warranty. Unfortunately we don't order the parts they do. As far as the tech asking which unit he was working on when he got there was do to your system being mismatched with two different brands. He wanted to make sure he fixed the correct issue you where having. Francisco twice made sure he ordered the parts immediately for you and actually the 3rd time made sure he went directly all the way to your warranties supplier to insure they ordered the right part for you. As far as him telling you that he had spoke to the your husband was because your husband was with him during diagnosis and was just explaining to you that your husband had all the info regarding the issue. Not once did he intent to tell you that you where a lady and wouldn't understand. We apologies that you took it that way but his intentions to serve you where all ways in good faith."
