We provide residential real estate appraisals in Michigan for the purposes of new mortgages, refinancing, estate or divorce settlement, property tax appeals, insurance claims, real estate transactions, and general valuations. Company President and State Licensed Appraiser, Michelle Smith, has been appraising full time since 2015. Currently, EAS covers all of Macomb and Oakland County and much of Wayne, St. Clair, and Livingston Counties in Michigan. All reports are completed using top of the line “a la mode” appraising software and provided to clients electronically in PDF format.
