Good presentation of options and once agreed, install went pretty quickly. Conscientious crew - no post-install cleanup required.

WORK WAS BOOKED FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK, BUT THERE WAS AN OPENING. THEY WERE HERE WITHIN THE HOUR, VERY POLITE, WENT TO WORK, AND GOT THE JOB DONE. LITTLE CLEANUP ON THEIR PART, VERY NEAT. WOULD RECOMMEND TO MY NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS. SALES REP VERY PLEASANT, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT, NOT PUSHING TO GET A SALE.

EAS did a fantastic job. Our rep, Bob Clardy, was by far the most professional person we spoke with when getting bids from multiple vendors. Bob was on-site to start the project and his crew did a great job throughout. My only complaint is that not all contractors are as efficient and professional as the team at EAS.

The sales person Jeff fully explained the technology of the products and services and showed us what type of savings we should expect on our electric bill. He spent a lot more time explaining things to us than any of the other companies. The installation team was great. They showed up early, were polite, efficient, and tidy. Feel like we got a great value and now we're able to easily regulate the temperature of our second floor.

The two technicians were capable and expedient. The saleswoman had advised that there was a lifetime warranty on the insulation and the radiant barrier and when I asked the technicians for the warranty, they advised I had to call the representative. The representative stated she would ask the office to mail it to me. Over a week went by and I had not received the warranty. After an email to another representative, I received the warranty via email. However, it was not for a lifetime, but for 25 years. The reason I chose this company was due to what was told to me during the interview for the selection. I am disappointed in this.

This was the company that I used. The sales agent (different from the name listed) attempted to "bait and switch" a product that was more expensive than the one that I had requested, but recovered quickly. He failed to measure the installation area. He arrived early for the appointment (good!). The installation team also arrived early, and did a very professional job.
