Main panel upgrade

Scam artist, i have been dealing with them. Already have them sued and report to Contractor license board, BBB, please do the same!

They did a great god on my home i will recomend to other clients to use this company !

He placed the solar panels and they were not cleared by the socal edison due to poor installation and deviation from contract. It has been over 12 months and he is non-communative and somewhat Unapologetic about what is happening we are now in litigation and he is none the wiser. Save yourself the money time and effort and find someone reputable.

August 26, 2024 Don't waste your time on this company. Save yourselves months of agony by paying a little more and using a more reputable company for your Solar system. I signed the contract on June 18th and the system is not working yet , on August 26. I've been calling, texting, emailing these guys almost everyday, and they do not respond. Lack of communication is a major issue. When I do get through, they give me a bunch of lies and give me a date or a false progress report. Once they get the contract, they're pretty good in installing the system, because they have to provide proof to the financing company that the system has been installed to get their money, but once they get their money, the customer becomes a liability to them, because they have to finish the installation and spend money on labor. After two months of waiting, they claim the city permit has been issued. Solar system permit for the city of Huntington Beach, where my house is, can be done online and it takes minutes to do. A month after installation, I called the city of Huntington Beach building permit department (714- 536-5241), and they said a deposit of $257 has been made towards the total amount of $750 and the permit will be issued once the full amount is paid. They also told me that the inspection would be done within a day or two after the contractor requests it. Adam and Nick do not even answer my calls anymore. I think they got tired of lying to me, so they hired this guy Devin to answer the calls and lie for them. Their tech guy, Victor, gives his laptop to his wife to use for Photoshop, instead of using it for Efficient Builder's customers. All he has to do is to enter the serial numbers of the Micro Converter and solar panels into the app and upload it to my account, but it has taken him months and it is still not done and he won't answer my call either. They broke the tiles on the roof while installing the panels, and the broken tiles are still there and they have made no attempt to repair them. They finally had someone new called Jay who claims to be their Project Manager call me and beg me not to write a bad review or report them to BBB. He promised they would finish everything by this Thursday, August 29th. I am tired of their lies so I am not going to wait any longer. Whether it is Panasonic, Tesla or Enphase, the product is the same with some small variations in features, and some price difference. The most important thing in getting a solar system is the service you get from the installer. This company has a 1.8 out of 5 rating with BBB. Please save yourself a ton of heartache and use a different company.

I was a bit sceptical at first watching the process of a main panel upgrade being done to my home but adam was very informal and attentive letting me know what was going on through out the whole project from start to finish which turned out great!

He is detail oriented and pricing was fair. The work was excellent and he made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving.
