Edwin was very responsive to my needs for helping install an outside ring floodlight and cam and ring doorbell. He matched up an experienced electrician familiar with ring system. He provided electrician service in less than 24 hours especially since it was day before Christmas and at a reasonable cost. All other electrician services were booked out weeks and I needed someone now. They billed me after service and I was satisfied and you can paid by credit card or check. I have some additional electrician work and he is now pairing me with an electrician familiar with the specific service I need. I was impressed with customer service and his frequent customer focus and communication. I enthusiastically recommend.

Edwin and staff are very pleasant to work with. Responded quickly, understood request / requirements and corrected issues immediately while On-site. We continue to call / use EFix as other Network and Camera issues arise.

Edwin arrived on time and went right to work. He re-established wireless connection between my computer and printer and checked printer software. My printer was printing from the computer again in 30 mins.

my camera system has not worked right since the very beginning. I asked for someone who could provide the system and install it. found out later that they don't provide warranty on the camera system. I have damage to my walls from the installation. an electrician was in my attic and said that the camera wires are just laying all over the attic and not organized. where holes were drilled for camera wires outside, the exposed holes have not been caulked to prevent insects from getting in. I was left to try to deal with the camera company. Communication has also been very poor. I have asked him to provide me with the box for the cameras so that I can either try to return the items or ship it back to swann for warranty repairs. he told me that he still had it and it's been weeks. I messaged him on august 21 and I still have no reply from him. My experience has not been good. Go with someone who will stand behind the product AND the labor. I really did not want to make a negative review but this experience has been very disappointing.

I would definitely recommend you hire Efix. Edwin is very professional, on time, does exactly what he commits to do. I would use Efix from now on for any installation/computer issue I have in the future.

Efix did an exceptional job at troubleshooting the WiFi problem we were experiencing in our home and then presenting us with possible solutions. Our home is a 5,000 square foot ranch with a finished basement that requires a strong WiFi signal throughout with multiple devices streaming at the same time.
