They took my money deposit, cashed the check, and then never completed the work. I haven't heard from them in weeks. Filed a fraud report with the government.

Excellent work and great customer service. They are expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. I'd recommend to anyone. Should have had these four railings installed years ago. They look and function great!

Need some railings on a house we bought. We don’t live in the house yet but in another state, just to complicate the situation. I wanted something very specific so Cory and I went back and forth in emails until I was satisfied with my “unique” idea. Cory came through with a design, he made some beautiful railings and installation was done seamlessly. I couldn’t be happier.

We needed a new iron rail installed on our back stairs after we had concrete work. The father and son team of Eggert Manufacturing were easy to work with and the rail is perfect. The work that Rick and Corey Eggert did was outstanding ! They arrived for our free estimate on the day they said they would (reliable) they custom built our lawn stairs-to-walkway-to front door stairs railings in the time frame they said (honest) and their cost fit our budget (affordable). The railings are beautiful ! If you want reliable, honest and affordable, call them.

Very nice railing; took months though. The price did not include removal of old railings. Had I gotten a comprehensive work order I would have known. Although I received a small discount, the process was very slow and the communication was worse.

The company showed up when they scheduled and gave me an estimate and considering it was during the middle of winter fabricated and installed the railing in a very good time. It is very secure and I don't know how I lived without it.

The railing on my front stoop is very sturdy and it is a joy to be able to finally use my front stoop to leave and enter my home, especially since I now use a cane and have bad knees. I would highly recommend them. They kept good contact with me and met the deadline.

I had a small project of a rail and banister for a new stoop. Rick and Cory were not put off by the modest scale. They came, examined my stoop, listened to my needs, and helped design a better solution than I had thought of. They kept to the promised time table. Installation was efficient, effective, and completely cleaned up when done. Their pricing, btw, was quite reasonable for the work.

I was impressed that the estimator came as soon as soon as it was requested. He said they would come in 3 weeks to do the job and they did. The railing is attractive, the insertion is firm and I'm SO glad I have my pretty railing. It makes it so much easier to get up my front steps.
