This was a complete deck replacement (same size). I researched several deck companies. Since this company had some good reviews, I decided to go with him. Had the initial meeting with Dave and he gave me a start date. That start date was moved out twice due to other work commitments Dave had with other clients. When the new deck was completed, I voiced my concerns about the number of shims used on the deck; a couple of the main posts were severely warped; they installed the stamped side of the wood face up and vice face down. Inspector had them come back out and replace one of the posts and ledger boards. I voiced my concerns to Dave and the inspector about the shims, to no avail. Additionally, I had requested Dave to provide me with copies of the drawings, final inspection, and permits. Never received them. Reached out to Dave on a couple of occasions via email.

Dave and his crew members were wonderful! I had my base boards refinished, a few holes repaired, a window ledge repaired, ceiling crack repaired and my kitchen counter re caulked. His crew members were very friendly, on time, and always kept me in the loop of what they were going to work on. Very respectful in my home and professional. The price was very reasonable and fair for the work completed. Dave even gave me an honest opinion about base boards I didn't actually need replaced but could be refinished instead, saving me money. I would highly suggest this company!
