"We did take care of cleaning and unclogging of the gutters and downspouts for this customer, per his request. We found out through this customer that he had another roofing company replaced his roof about a month or so prior to his gutter issues. The other roofing company who replaced his roof did not cut the rakes which were covering his gutters and this caused the water to run over them instead of inside the gutters. We also found that the gutters were not cleaned out after the roof replacement because they were full of debris from the old roof, nails, felt, needles, leaves, grit, etc. My company could not trim the rakes back on the new roof because we did not want to void any warranties he may have with the other roofing company. We advised him to contact them to take care of the rake problem which would be covered under any contract, this would solve his gutter problem with the water run off. My company did clean all nails, felt, debris, etc. that the other company left behind out of entire gutter system along with the downspouts. We also repaired the dryer vent pipe that the other company left off and did not replace. We did unclog this customer's gutter system best we could but since he has an underground drainage which we were unable to completely unclog, we advised him that he needed to contact a plumber to find his underground piping system and run a snake through it. I do not understand Mr.Nick's rating system for our value and customer service when my guys went above and beyond to help this customer with problems that another company that did the work on his roof caused these issues should have completed this work under the warranty for the new roof. We pride ourselves in customer service and definitely the value every customer receives. This is what our company was built on customer service and workmanship. We would not want any customer to pay for the work that was not completed per our contract nor pay more than the work is worth doing. My guys went above with the dryer vent repair which was not on our contract nor was he charge, plus them advising the customer on his options for his underground system and contacting the company for the new roof replacement to take care of things on the roof that should be covered under his warranty, this is customer service at it's best which myself and my crew take pride in."

"This project was postponed (3) times due to the weather, which delayed scheduling for the replacement/installation of this project, along with others, which was beyond my company's control. We tried our best to communicate this with Mr. (Consumer name withheld at their request) and to complete his request to the best of our ability with the rain."

"We will be installing a new rubber roof on Mr. Harry's garage which requires a dry and 60 degree or above temperature in order to install the rubber roofing correctly. Weather has been uncooperative with the rain and cold temperatures but we will be completing this project as soon as the weather clears and stays at steady warmer temperatures."
