After the paint dried overnight some touch up was visible. They offered to come back and take care of it. The crew was very nice and responsive to my requests.

"Thank you, Mary and Scott, this was a pretty big job, we spent two weeks in this customer home doing some ceiling repair and painting Tama doing spray finish on all interior, and woodwork, including bookshelves, and repainting all walls. We brought an old practice to do lengthy jobs without wearing out the customer which allowed them to have full use of part of their home no matter which week we were there. Mary and Scott, we appreciate everything, if you ever need anything, please feel free to contact us."

Good work but they left paint everywhere. On carpet wood work ect.

"We did respond to our customer Patricia via text message. Any paint o. the carpet was done by one of her children, we were painting an entire stairway and she walked up the steps, rubbing a bunch of it off of her shoulder. It was dripping on the carpet. It was everywhere, and we cleaned that for free and fixed it for free. We did offer to satisfy any issues with the job. At this time we have not heard back from the customer. We would like to state there was another painter that was hired from this site prior to us who if memory serves correctly took multiple days just to paint two walls in the family room, we may possibly have some paint on the woodwork."

The owner did a great job, explaining what would be done and how it was going to be done. Even though it was a smaller size exterior painting, there was fairness in the bid, and the time span it would take for the job. The painters that actually completed the job in very good time, were conscientious, considerate, knowledgeable, and treated my job project, as if it was the most important thing they needed to do. I appreciate everything that was done by Tru Coat, and would use them again . I would recommend for interior or exterior painting for anyone considering a project.

The owner was absolutely amazing to work with! We requested to have the the cedarwood exterior of our home redone with solid stain. The owner took his time explaining the process needed to prep and complete the job. He provided a thorough estimate and He even stayed within our budget!!!! The workers allocated to our job were very nice , friendly, and respectful to our property even with our kiddos running around outside! The owner checked in with us every morning that his crew came out to work on the house rain or shine. He even made sure to come to our home a few times to check in on his crew and ensure we were happy with the work and progress of the project. If your looking for good quality work, excellent customer service, pricing within your budget and attention to detail then I recommend True Coat for your work. We are definitely using them again without question!!

Shannon was great and very good at what he does. He and only 1 worker knocked out in a day what a competitor said would take 3 days with 5 people. This shows how much talent Shannon and his team has. The quality and professionalism is off the charts. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Don’t waste your time with anyone else, this is simply the best in town.
