Einstein Home Inspection, LLC

Greg came out to do our inspection early in the morning after a snow storm. He made sure to still be there for us to get the inspection done in a timely manner. He was wonderful and incredibly thorough with his inspection. There were a few things he found that are now right at the top of our to do list, but the way he explained to us the seriousness of some issues and the small other fixes that would be needed helped us understand what we needed to do as first time home buyers. We are out of state investors and hired Einstein Home Inspection at the referral of our realtor. We previously used a different home inspector who charged twice as much (if not a little bit more) and whose report seemed to have been peppered with personal opinions. We were looking to buy an investment/vacation property. Considering we were out of market and had an older house to go through to inspect we were very pleased with the inspection and ended up walking from the property due to things found that other inspectors may have missed.

Decided to use Einstein due to the glowing reviews. Greg scheduled me fast, showed up on time, had the report done in about 30 hours and included a pest inspection. We discussed the report for about 30 minutes to ensure I understood his professional opinions. His pricing is more than fair and his reports are organized and very professional. You can't go wrong with Einstein!

HIRE THEM!! He helped me to dodge big ticket items! This is not my first time buying a home, it is my fourth. I would have been facing 80-100K with of water line repairs and asbestos abatement had it not been for his keen eye! He found multiple issues, yes more than one kind of asbestos and more than one place to find it. I had no idea what vermiculite was or what it looked like and boy was I was floored to learn it was everywhere! He is very thorough documentation and this made it easy to have a conversation with the sellers and respectfully walk away from the deal. If you are questioning if you can afford a home inspection - after reading this you should be asking how you can NOT! In addition to this he found multiple plumbing issues throughout the house ... a major cluster &%@# and not what I want to take on financially and neither should you! He was reasonably priced, easy to schedule, had a fast turn around time, easy to communicate with (via text or email) and super responsive!

Inspector took his time and was quite thorough. He was very professional and explained things to us without making us feel we were distracting him from his job. His final inspection report was very detailed and easy to understand. The great photos he took really backed up the problem issues he found . We would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspector.
